Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return within 30 days from receipt of your order, subject to:
- The product remains unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- The product is not installed, constructed, or used
- You can provide a valid proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, installed, or assembled products
- Final Sale or Custom Order tagged items
- Gift vouchers or promotional coupons
- Products returned after 30 days from the return period
Return Process

Refunds

- Non-refundable shipping charges
- If a return reduces the value of the order to below the free shipping threshold, regular shipping fees can be deducted
Exchanges
We just swap products that are broken or damaged upon arrival. Please call us within 48 hours of arrival at [your email] with photos and order details.
Shipping Fees
- Customer pays return shipping fee unless product was damaged or defective upon arrival
- We recommend using trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance
Warranty
